Shipping and Returns
eco closet places high value in customer satisfaction. We will accept returned merchandise and issue a refund so long as the item is unworn, unused, and not otherwise damaged. The original invoice must accompany the item.
Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery. All labels/tags must still be attached to the item.
Please contact eco closet Customer Service at 718-360-4587 or firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) prior to shipping the item(s) back to us. Any merchandise returned without an RA, will be refused and sent back.
Refunds will be issued to the same credit card used for purchase and shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note in-store return policies differ from online purchases. Sale items are non returnable and non refundable.
Orders will be processed within 48 hours. Domestic orders ship free via USPS Priority. Anticipate 2 to 3 business days for your order to arrive. If you are interested in purchasing from us and are not in the US, contact us via e mail and we can arrange non domestic shipping for a charge.
“Shipping” is the charge for internet order transport and handling. Transport and delivery times are not guaranteed, and eco closet holds no liability for mis-delivered, damaged or late packages. eco closet will perform all necessary steps to ensure the timely and safe delivery of your order. Deliveries occur Monday thru Saturday, and may be delayed due to weather, holidays or other natural acts. Shipping is subject to change and will be determined at time of order.
